The shekel was fixed lower by the Bank of Israel against most foreign currencies to open up the official trading week on Monday. The United States dollar was set at NIS 3.775, up .774 percent.
The Euro gained .533 percent in value to 5.5795 shekels, while the pound sterling was fixed at NIS 6.1759, down .281 percent.
