Beginning Sunday, Israeli drivers must keep their headlights on while traveling inter-city roads during the daytime. Failure to do so will result in stiff fines, police said. The law applies to all vehicles, including cars, buses, trucks, and motorcycles, and remains in effect until next March 31.
