The Ministry for the Development of the Negev and Galilee plans to boycott a gathering of media officials from around the world in Dimona that it was supposed to pay for – because one of the attendees will be Donald Bostrom, the Swedish journalists who accused the IDF of "harvesting" organs from Arabs during Operation Cast Lead.

Silvan Shalom, who heads the Ministry, said that he was pulling funding for the meeting, and would not attend "any event where a man who spread lies about Israel and attempted to harm the state's reputation" was present.
