A major rally in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv in memory of slain Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin that had been pkanned for Saturday night was postponed for a week due to the rainy weekend weather.

Organizers were quoted as saying that they were afraid turnout would be low due to the weather.
