For the first time ever, a Knesset Member is boycotting a service being held in memory of assassinated Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin.
MK Michael Ben-Ari announced that he will not participate in the ceremony, saying that he is opposed to Rabin's murder. However, he said, the pubic memorial service has become a festival of publicity leading the country down the path of the Oslo Accords, that has resulted thus far in some 1,000 deaths.
