Lebanese President Condemns Katyusha

Lebanese President Fouad Siniora condemned the firing of a katyusha rocket at Israel Tuesday, but complained that the IDF's response – where the army fired at the source of the rocket – was "excessive," and a "violation of international law."
Siniora promised to take steps to prevent future occurrences, so that Lebanon "would not get caught up in a cycle of tension."
