"I bear the responsibility for everything that happens in the Defense establishment, including this malfunction," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Tuesday regarding the State Comptroller's findings about Barak's visit to the Paris Air Show.
"Lessons have been learned and we shall make sure that such things are not repeated," he said.
