Rock Thrower with Explosives Arrested near Jenin

(IsraelNN.com) Israeli troops discovered two explosive devices on an Arab youth they arrested for throwing rocks at the security barrier next to the Samarian Palestinian Authority village of Arka, west of Jenin, Thursday evening.
The explosives were detonated in a controlled manner by military sappers and the boy was turned over to security forces for interrogation.
