The Legal Forum for Israel has turned to Attorney General Menachem Mazuz and State Prosecutor Shai Nitzan, asking them to appeal the light sentence handed down to leftwing activist Ezra Naoi, who was found guilty of attacking a police officer.  Naoi received a one month prison sentence.

"The message emerging for this light punishment is dismal and destroys any chance of preventing further anarchist violence in Judea and Samaria" said the Forum in a statement to the press.
