Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu instructed the general manager of the Prime Minister's Office on Monday to prepare a work program in about a month for reduction of greenhouse-gas emissions over the next four years, according to Army Radio.

During a meeting between Netanyahu and Enivronment Minister Gilad Erdan, it was decided that a cost estimate on such a program would be done in the near future.
