Professor Stanley Fischer is one of the seven most important central bank heads in the world, according to the U.S. publication Global Finance.
Fischer garnered a rare 100% rating by the magazine's editors, due to his low interest rate policies, and the Bank of Israel's intervention in propping up the dollar earlier this year.
