Tel Aviv's 100th anniversary officially came to a close Saturday night, as the municipality sponsored its last major bash at the Tel Aviv Port. A major water and fireworks show took place, with tens of thousands on the shore watching and enjoying themselves in the unseasonably warm weather.

Streets around the port were closed by police hours before the event because so many came early to secure good spots.
