The United States House of Representatives voted on Thursday to demand that President Barack Obama report by the end of January on theprogress of negotiations on Iran's nuclear development program. According to the resolution, if the Islamic Republic does not suspend the program and the United Nations does not impose sanctions, Defense Secretary Robert Gates will be asked to present his military strategy to a joint session of Congress.
