The site of the destroyed Yad Yair outpost has become a dumping site for local Arabs, who have turned it into a garbage pit.

Outraged former residents say the IDF is responsible, having not properly guarded the site. The IDF responded by saying it was the responsibility of the Civil Administration to protect the former outpost, which was reportedly built on privately purchased land.
