Police reassured worshippers at the Western Wall (Kotel in Hebew) of the Temple in Jerusalem that there was no attack on Sunday, according to News One. A scare erupted when women praying at the holy site heard explosions and began to flee as if rocks had been thrown at them. Thousands of Jews who had assembled at the site began to disperse.

A few minutes later, police announced that there had been no incident and told people to resume what they had been doing.
