The New York Times reported Sunday that senior officials in the International Atomic Energy Agency believe that Iran has achieved enough knowhow to build a nuclear weapon, if it so wishes. According to the analysis by the IAEA, Iran has "sufficient information to be able to design and produce a workable" nuclear device.
The confidential report was leaked by European IAEA officials to the Times, but the report has not been published officially yet, they said.
