Muhamad Al-Katri, the deputy minister for released prisoners in the Hamas Gaza government, called on "the resistance" Friday morning to continue "to kidnap Zionists". He said that was the only way to bring about the release of Arab prisoners from Israeli jails.
Earlier this week Fatah's former Gaza security chief Mohammed Dahlan said Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria constituted terror just as much as attacks on buses and cafes. His remarks were made at a meeting of the Fatah faction's central committee at which it was decided that an end to construction in those communities was a condition for continuation of Israeli-Palestinian talks.
