The Supreme Court ordered the Samaria Regional Council on Thursday to delay construction in the Jewish community of Kiryat Netafim, next to Ariel.
Peace Now has appealed the construction of 12 houses in the community, claiming they were built without permits. The court told the council that no new construction should take place until is verdict is rendered in the case
