Three prominent jurists, Prof. Amnon Rubinstein, Prof. Uriel Reichman and Prof. Moshe Bar-Niv, pummeled the Goldstone Report on supposed IDF war crimes in Gaza Tuesday and called for an independent committee to investigate the report's claims.
"The report is not a legal report but a document of incitement that is tendentious and one-sided, which tries to support the campaign to delegitimize the Jewish State,” they charged.
