Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu spoke to senior United States politicians on Saturday and warned them that the time has come to take action to stop the Iranian nuclear program. “If not now, when?” Netanyahu reportedly asked in conversations with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and members of the U.S. Senate and Congress.
Netanyahu relayed his message shortly after it was revealed that Iran has a second, previously secret uranium enrichment facility. U.S. President Obama reacted to news of the second facility by threatening Iran with harsh sanctions.
