An Arab was arrested Thursday evening after he threw an unknown object at an army outpost near the Southern Hevron Hills Jewish community of Adurayim. A soldier told the Arab to stop and fired a warning shot as part of the procedure for stopping a suspicious person.
When the Arab was arrested by other soldiers, a knife was found on him. He was turned over to security officials for questioning. There were no casualties or damage in the attack.
