Members of the PA delegation refused to shake Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's hand as they and he entered the meeting room of the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York Tuesday afternoon. Later in the meeting, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and PA chief Mahmoud Abbas shook hands.
Lieberman's office had no comment on the apparent snub.
