Most Currencies Officially Stronger Against the Shekel

The Bank of Israel fixed most foreign currencies higher against the shekel on Thursday. The exception was the Japanese yen. The price for 100 yen is NIS 4.1105, down .662 percent from Wednesday.

The United States dollar rose .267 percent to 3.75 shekels, while the Euro was set at NIS 5.5204, up .579 percent. The pound sterling rose .436 percent to 6.2018 shekels.
