The Bank of Israel set the official exchange rate of the dollar at 3.757 shekels on Monday, down .133 percent from Friday's rate. The Euro rose .408 percent to NIS 5.3907.

The pound sterling was fixed at 6.1748 shekels, a gain of .447 percent.
