Police said Monday evening that 97 residents of Palestinian Authority-assigned portions of Judea and Samaria were arrested during the course of the day for being in the Tel Aviv area without the proper permits. They were returned to their home communities following questioning.
Criminal files were opened against five Israelis on charges of employing the Arabs and transporting them into the area.
