In a Manhattan court on Tuesday, Israeli Lawyer Guy Ophir filed a $7.5 million lawsuit against Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet and the reporter who wrote the article claiming IDF soldiers harvested organs of Palestinians Authority Arabs. "The newspaper published an anti-Semite and racist blood libel which constitutes incitement to racism against Jews and IDF soldiers," Ynet reported him as saying.

"The suit was filed in New York since the paper is distributed there and since the reporter made a connection to claims of New York resident rabbis who trade with organs."
