An undercover Border Guard unit arrested a 16-year-old terrorist Tuesday morning in the Palestinian Authority village of Beit Omer, between Jerusalem and Hevron.
The boy is accused of planting a number of explosive devices used for attacks in the Gush Etzion area, south of the capital.
