Land of Israel activist Daniela Weiss was charged on Sunday with obstructing police officers during the December 2008 eviction of Jews from Peace House in Hebron. Weiss refused to leave the house and proceeded to lay on the floor after police told her to leave the premises, according to the indictment.
The former mayor of the Samarian Jewish community of Kedumim is the only one so charged from the incident, according to Haaretz.
