Residents of Bnei Adam in the Binyamin region are reportedly are planning to evacute their homes willingly after asking advice from Rabbi Chaim Druckman. The Supreme Court has given the families five days to leave the outpost but legal observers say the court has left room for an additional appeal by the residents.
The ruling has drawn fire from the natioanl camp. National Union MK Michael Ben Ari slammed the court's decision saying fishermen in Eilat were given more time by the Supreme Court to remove their traps than was given to the residents of Bnei Adam to leave their homes. Nadia Matar, head of Women in Green also weighed in, calling on the residents not to surrender and not to leave.
