The Bank of Israel fixed the official exchange rate of the dollar on Friday to 3.79 shekels, down .342 percent from Wednesday's official rate. Because of the Tisha B'Av fast, no rate was fixed on Thursday.
The Euro declined .539 percent to NIS 5.3471. The pound sterling was fixed at 6.2751 shekels, up .753 percent.
