Sixty-eight percent of Israelis who supported the 2005 Disengagement from Gaza regret doing so now, a poll has found.
Sixty-six percent of the public thinks the subsequent Israeli governments have treated the expellees from Gush Katif badly, and 55 percent said that the current reality proves that the Disengagement was a mistake.
Maagar Mochot (Brain Trust), headed by Professor Yitzchak Katz, conducted the poll.
