(IsraelNN.com) President Shimon Peres met with the top IDF commanders including Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi Monday in honor of the founding of the IDF 62 years ago.
“I had the privilege of knowing the IDF since its founding,” Peres said. “I can tell you that the IDF took a big part in making the Jewish State a reality.”
