British Prime Minister Gordon Brown arrived in Israel for a two-day visit with Israeli and Palestinian Authority (PA) officials in his first visit to the country since he replaced Tony Blair last year. Blair was in Israel this past week but was forced to cancel a visit to the Gaza region because of Israel's fears for his life.
