Lebanese and Israeli sources confirmed Tuesday that the Hizbullah weapons depot which exploded early in the day housed Katushya rockets. The cache also included automatic rifles and ammunition.
The explosion occurred near the south Lebanon village of Khirbet Islim. The Lebanese army and UNIFIL closed the surrounding area and began investigating the incident.
