The Bank of Israel fixed the United States dollar at 3.965 shekels on Friday, a gain of .228 percent for the greenback over Thursday's price. The pound was set at NIS 6.4602, a rise of .623 percent.
The Euro was set at 5.5193 shekels, a loss of .027 percent.
