Attorneys for former Prime Minister's Office Manager Shula Zaken intend to ask former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to testify on her behalf in the Tax Authority case, according to a Thursday report by Ynet. Zaken was indicted on Thursday. A number of people indicted for bribery and improper appointments in the case are also considering asking Olmert to testify, noting that he was Finance Minister at the time.

Zaken is accused of preventing former Tax Authority head Jackie Matza from meeting Olmert. She says that Olmert can testify that he met Matza a number of times.
