The United States dollar was fixed at 3.956 shekels by the Bank of Israel on Thursday, down .202 percent from Wednesday's rate.

The Euro rose .056 percent to NIS 5.5208, while the pound sterling was valued at 6.4202 shekels, up .864 percent.
