Two IDF soldiers on active duty have been diagnosed with swine flu. The two are serving at a basic training camp, and soldiers in the units they have been training with have been placed in quarantine. Earlier, three soldiers were released from quarantine after it emerged that suspicions that they were not infected.

In the twenty four hour period ending Thursday morning, 26 more Israelis have been diagnosed as being infected with the H1N1 virus. Altogether 770 Israelis have now contracted the disease, almost all of them suffering from only a mild form of the flu.
