SafeSky CEO, Dr. Gabi Picker, announced Wednesday that he would resign from his company. A statement from Picker’s attorney said that Picker resigned after his request to examine a statement of understandings from the MSI Company was denied.
The British-Taiwanese MSI Company intended to sign a deal with SafeSky’s subsidiary, Life Keeper, which invented a medical patch. Its inventors claim that the patch could warn of an impending heart attack.
