Hackers took down governmental servers in the U.S. and South Korea over the past week. In the U.S., the Treasury Departmnet, Secret Service, Federal Trade Commission and Transportation Department Web sites were all down at various times.

In South Korea, the Presidential House, the Defense Ministry, the National Assembly, Shinhan Bank, and the Korea Exchange Bank were all affected. Investigators think the attack may have originated in North Korea or China.
