(IsraelNN.com) Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman held a secret meeting a week ago in which he told senior staff that the Ministry will switch its focus from the conflict with the Palestinian Authority to Iran, according to Ha’aretz. In addition, the Ministry will take a more active role in improving Israel’s image in the world.

The Foreign Ministry feels the main problem it has is not with foreign governments but with public opinion throughout the world. It will therefore focus also on changing public opinion through tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.
