Elbit Systems Ltd. announced Tuesday that it had been awarded a contract by the Israeli Air Force to operate and maintain the new beechcraft T-6 training plane. The T-6 will replace the IAF’s current trainer, the Fouga Magister.
“We are extremely proud of this selection,” Eblit CEO Yoram Shmueli said. “It is yet another link in the chain of IAF projects we have been managing and that consistently rank high in the IAF’s quality and performance tests.”
