The Israeli Land Fund, headed by Aryeh King, is searching for two families who want to move into large apartments in Arab eastern Jerusalem for a low monthly rental fee. The apartments have five rooms, two bathrooms, and three porches each and are being offered at the low rental price of 1,600 shekels a month (apx. $400).

The Israeli Land Fund actively purchases and maintains Jewish property in largely Arab areas. King explained that the two apartments he is currently offering in Beit Hanina were purchased by wealthy people who believe Jews should live in eastern Jerusalem.
