An Israeli dolphin class submarine which had passed through the Suez Canal to take part in exercises in the Persia gulf was spotted returning to the Mediterranean through the canal on Sunday. Analysts said the open collaboration between Israel and Egypt was meant to send a warning signal to Iran.
