(IsraelNN.com) Justice Dorit Beinisch, President of the High Court, sharply attacked the Israeli media and said that it uses a high-paced “street talk” of commoners. At the Attorneys’ Bureau in Jerusalem marking the end of the judicial year, Beinisch said that the violence of the street has entered the courts and has threatened their existence. Justice Beinisch said that news agencies report parts of investigations without limit.

Beinisch also mentioned that attorneys and public relations people attempt influencing public opinion in order to sway the judges’ decisions. She also blasted attorneys who make court appearances in a language and style that are inappropriate.
