(IsraelNN.com) US Airways announced Wednesday the debut of a new, daily nonstop flight to Tel Aviv from its international gateway at Philadelphia International Airport. New Airbus A330-200 aircraft with seating for 20 in business class and 238 in the main cabin will operate the flights. The route will be the longest in the US Airways system.

"Tel Aviv is an extremely exciting component of our trans-Atlantic portfolio and we're pleased by the strong bookings our newest route is seeing. We look forward to offering this service and greatly appreciate the partnership of the Philadelphia Division of Aviation,” said Senior Vice President, East Coast, International and Cargo Operations Suzanne Boda.
