The opposition chose to end its boycott of the government coalition on Monday after Knesset speaker Reuven Rivlin canceled some of the law proposals which the opposition had called “undemocratic.”
Rivlin will still present the “Norwegian” law to the Knesset for approval, which will allow Jewish Home Minister Daniel Hershkowitz to resign as an MK and allow former MK Nissan Slomienski to take his place.
