Stone-throwing Arabs damaged a car driven by Jews in the southern Hevron Hills Monday morning in continued sporadic attacks on motorists in the area. The driver of the vehicle escaped injury.
The latest attack occurred near the city of Yatta, immediately south of Hevron. Defense Minister Ehud Barak has removed several roadblocks in the area the past several months, including one that leads from Hevron to Yatta and crosses a highway used by Jews to travel to Kiryat Arab-Hevron and Jerusalem.
