The Al-Arabiya website reported from Tehran on Monday that the real winner in Iran's presidential election was Mir Hossein Mousavi. The report, a translation from MEMRI, was based on a leak by employees in the vote-counting apparatus in Iran's Interior Ministry. According to their tally, Mousavi was the winner having received 21 million votes or 57 percent of the total 37 million votes cast .
The report accused the ministry of faking the elections by using a computer program that issued results that were prepared ahead of time.
