A Palestinian Authority court convicted an Arab woman of treason Monday and sentenced her to 20 years in prison, according to Reuters. Taghrid Abu Taybeh, 22, who is from Shechem, pleaded guilty to charges of treason and contact with the enemy.

Taybeh is the first woman to be convicted on charges of treason. Under PA law, she does not have the right to appeal the decision.
